The Regional Sampler
A wooden box, wood-burned with our name, containing 500ml of our olive oil, 250g of our honey, 100g of local sea salt, 200g of regional almonds, a 250ml bottle of wine from a neighbour, and a small jar of fig or carob jam. Forty euros. Ready at check-out. Order at check-in or in the email we send when you book.

Pressed at the farm, October harvest. Arbequina and Galega blend.
Honey, 250g
From apiaries 800 metres north of the farm. Spring or autumn harvest available.
Jam, 200g
Fig, carob, or quince — depending on the season. Made in our kitchen.
Almonds, 200g
From trees on the property. Harvested in August, dried naturally.
Partner wine, 250ml
From a winery 4km east. Alicante Bouschet. We have sold this for three seasons.
